By creating an account or using AnyNews.ai, you agree to these Terms of Service, our Privacy Policy, Acceptable Use Policy, and Cookie Policy. If you are using the service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.
AnyNews.ai is an AI-powered newsroom platform that: monitors news sources in real time; generates written content and visual news cards using artificial intelligence; publishes content to connected social media channels. The service is provided "as is" and "as available."
Important: Content generated by AnyNews.ai is produced by artificial intelligence and may contain inaccuracies, errors, or biases. You are solely responsible for reviewing all content before or after publication. AnyNews.ai does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of AI-generated content. You accept full liability for content published through your social channels.
You must: be at least 18 years old; provide accurate registration information; maintain the security of your credentials; notify us immediately of unauthorized access; not share account access without authorization.
Your content: You retain all rights to content you create, configure, or publish using AnyNews.ai. Our service: AnyNews.ai, its design, code, and AI models are our intellectual property. License: You grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to process your content as necessary to provide the service. Source content: News source material is used under fair use principles with attribution. You must maintain source attributions in published content.
Paid plans are billed monthly or annually via Stripe. Prices may change with 30 days' notice. Failed payments may result in service downgrade after a 7-day grace period. See our Refund Policy for cancellation terms.
Your use is subject to our Acceptable Use Policy. Violations may result in suspension or termination.
We target 99.9% uptime for paid plans. See our SLA for details. We may modify or discontinue features with reasonable notice.
To the maximum extent permitted by law: AnyNews.ai is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages; our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim; we are not liable for content published through your social channels; we are not liable for third-party service outages (social media API downtime).
You agree to indemnify AnyNews.ai against claims arising from: content you publish; your violation of these terms; your violation of third-party rights.
Disputes are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware. You agree to attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation before litigation. Mandatory arbitration applies for claims under $10,000.
Either party may terminate at any time. Upon termination: access ceases at the end of the billing period; we retain data for 30 days (you may request export); we may delete all data after the retention period.
We may update these terms with 30 days' notice via email. Material changes require affirmative acceptance for continued use.
