Our uptime and performance commitments.

1. Uptime commitment

AnyNews.ai commits to 99.9% uptime for Pro and Enterprise plans, measured monthly. Uptime excludes scheduled maintenance windows (announced 48 hours in advance) and force majeure events.

2. Performance targets

Signal detection: within 60 seconds of source publication. Campaign composition: under 30 seconds from signal selection. Social publishing: under 30 seconds per channel from campaign approval. API response time: under 500ms for 95th percentile of requests.

3. Service credits

If monthly uptime falls below the commitment: 99.0% - 99.9%: 10% credit on monthly fee; 95.0% - 99.0%: 25% credit; Below 95.0%: 50% credit. Credits are applied automatically and capped at 50% of monthly fees.

4. Exclusions

SLA credits do not apply to: Free and Creators plans; downtime caused by third-party services (social media APIs); scheduled maintenance; customer-caused issues; force majeure events.

5. Support response times

Free: community forums, best effort. Creators: email, 24-hour response. Pro: email + chat, 4-hour response. Enterprise: dedicated channel, 1-hour response, 24/7 for critical issues.

6. Incident communication

Service incidents are communicated via: status page at status.anynews.ai; email notification to affected users; in-app banner for active incidents; post-incident reports within 5 business days for major outages.
