Our approach to cancellations and refunds.

The Free plan is free forever with no charges. No refund applies.
All paid plans include a 14-day free trial. You will not be charged during the trial. If you cancel before the trial ends, no payment is collected.
You may cancel at any time. Your access continues through the end of your current billing cycle. We do not provide pro-rated refunds for partial months. If you cancel within the first 7 days of your first paid billing cycle, you may request a full refund.
Annual plans are billed once per year at a discounted rate. You may request a full refund within 30 days of your annual renewal. After 30 days, remaining months are not refundable, but your access continues through the end of the annual period.
Enterprise plans follow custom terms specified in your service agreement. Contact your account manager for refund inquiries.
Contact billing@anynews.ai with your account email and reason for the refund. We process refund requests within 5 business days.
Refunds are not available for accounts terminated due to Terms of Service or Acceptable Use Policy violations.
