AnyNews ("AnyNews", "we", "us", "our") provides an AI-assisted newsroom platform that monitors public news sources, identifies emerging stories, generates social media content, and publishes that content to connected social media accounts on behalf of users (the "Service").
These Terms of Service ("Terms") form a binding legal agreement between you and AnyNews. By creating an account, accessing the Service, or using any part of it, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
These Terms incorporate by reference our Privacy Policy, Acceptable Use Policy, Cookie Policy, and DMCA Policy. Together they form the full agreement. Where a related document conflicts with these Terms, these Terms control unless the related document explicitly states otherwise.
Words capitalized in these Terms have the specific meanings defined here or in related documents. "User", "you" or "your" means the person or entity accessing the Service. "User Content" means content you upload, create, or generate using the Service. "AI Output" means content generated by AI models in response to your inputs. "Service" includes the website at anynews.ai, the AnyNews application, all related software, and all features.
You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. By creating an account, you represent that you are 18 or older. If we discover an account is held by someone under 18, we will suspend it.
You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws of your jurisdiction. If you are creating an account on behalf of a company or organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity to these Terms.
You may not use the Service if you are located in, or are a resident or national of, any country subject to a comprehensive United States, European Union, or Israeli embargo, or any country designated by Israel as a "terror-supporting state". You also may not use the Service if you are on any sanctions list maintained by these jurisdictions.
Creating an account requires you to provide a valid email address, a password, and your name. You must provide accurate information and keep it current.
You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. Keep your password secure. Notify us immediately at info@anynews.ai if you suspect unauthorized access.
Each account belongs to one user. You may not share account credentials, create multiple accounts to evade limits or suspensions, or transfer your account to another person without our written consent.
When you connect a social media account (such as Instagram, X, LinkedIn, Facebook, or TikTok) to AnyNews, you grant us permission to post content to that account on your behalf. You remain responsible for everything posted, whether by you directly or through our automated tools.
If you grant access to your AnyNews account to staff, contractors, team members, or any other third party, you are solely responsible for managing that access — including granting, revoking, and auditing permissions, and protecting credentials. We recommend enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on accounts that have access to the Service. We are not responsible for actions taken by anyone you have given access to your account, whether or not authorized.
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Service for your own internal business or personal purposes.
You may not, and may not allow others to:
We may add, change, or remove features at any time. We will give reasonable notice for material changes that affect existing paid features. We are not obligated to maintain any specific feature indefinitely.
AnyNews does not collect or store your social media passwords. Connections to social media platforms (such as Instagram, X, LinkedIn, Facebook, and TikTok) are established via OAuth through our publishing partner, which handles authentication on your behalf according to its own terms. You can revoke this access at any time through the settings of the social platform itself, or by disconnecting the account from AnyNews. Disconnecting an account stops new posting; it does not remove content that has already been published.
You retain all ownership rights to User Content you upload, input, or otherwise provide to the Service. You also own all AI Output generated for you by the Service. Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of your User Content or AI Output to AnyNews.
To operate the Service, you consent to our processing of your User Content and AI Output, and you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, process, transmit, display, reproduce, and modify your User Content and AI Output solely to:
We will not use your User Content or AI Output for any other purpose. Specifically, we do not sell or rent your content, do not use it for advertising, and do not disclose it except as described in our Privacy Policy or as required by law. This license terminates when you delete the content or close your account, except where retention is required by law or for limited backup retention periods described in our Privacy Policy.
We do not use User Content or AI Output to train, fine-tune, or improve any AI model, whether ours or any third party's. This includes content you upload, content you generate using the Service, and content you publish through the Service. This is a binding commitment, not a preference.
You represent and warrant that:
When you use AnyNews to monitor news sources or process external content, you are responsible for ensuring you have the legal right to access, use, reproduce, and publish that content in the manner you intend. This includes news articles, headlines, summaries, datasets, and any other third-party material. AnyNews does not grant you rights to any third-party content; it provides tools that operate on content you have lawful access to. Any disputes with the original publisher, source, or rights-holder of source material are your responsibility, not ours.
You are responsible for ensuring you have the legal right to use any image you include in content published through AnyNews. This includes images uploaded by you, images surfaced from news sources, and any other visual material. For news content, copyright law and the standards of journalism typically require image credits. It is your responsibility to add appropriate credits or attribution to images you publish, regardless of where the image came from. AnyNews provides template fields that allow image credits to be added; whether those fields are used, and what they say, is your responsibility. We are not liable for any claim arising from your failure to obtain image rights or to provide required attribution.
AnyNews uses large language models and other artificial intelligence systems to generate AI Output. These systems can produce content that is inaccurate, incomplete, misleading, biased, outdated, fabricated ("hallucinated"), or otherwise wrong. They can also produce content that resembles, but is not identical to, other works.
You are responsible for reviewing all AI Output before it is published. AnyNews does not warrant that AI Output is accurate, factual, original, lawful, or fit for any particular purpose. AI Output is not journalism, legal advice, medical advice, financial advice, or any form of professional advice — even when it discusses those topics.
If you publish AI Output that defames a person, infringes a copyright, misappropriates a likeness, discloses private information, or otherwise creates legal exposure, the legal responsibility is yours, not ours. You should treat AI Output the same way you would treat a draft from a junior writer: useful, but not ready to publish without your judgment.
AnyNews uses third-party services to operate, including third-party providers of artificial intelligence (such as Anthropic), social-publishing services (such as our publishing partner), hosting and database services, and other infrastructure. By using AnyNews, you consent to our use of these services and to the necessary processing of your User Content through them. These providers operate under their own terms; the providers we use are disclosed in our Privacy Policy and updated when that list changes. Our AI providers, as of the date of these Terms, do not use your inputs to train their public AI models — but their terms may evolve. If a provider's policies change in a way that affects your data, we will update our Privacy Policy accordingly.
AnyNews does not take responsibility for the accuracy of news reports, source data, AI-generated text, AI-generated images, image attributions, or any other content produced or surfaced by the Service. You must independently verify the accuracy of any content before publishing it. This obligation applies to every piece of content, regardless of how confidently the Service presents it. If you publish something inaccurate, the responsibility is yours.
Our Acceptable Use Policy describes prohibited uses of the Service. The short version: do not use AnyNews to defame, harass, infringe copyrights, spread illegal content, generate election misinformation, impersonate others, or break the law.
We may, in our discretion, remove User Content, suspend your account, or terminate your access if we believe you have violated the Acceptable Use Policy. We may do so without prior notice for serious violations.
We do not actively review the content you generate or publish. The Service is a tool you operate. If we become aware of content that violates these Terms — by user report, automated detection, or otherwise — we may act on it.
Publishing content through the Service does not guarantee any specific audience reach, engagement, or distribution outcome. Social media platforms control how published content is distributed; we do not.
AnyNews is a tool that publishes content at your direction. We do not take responsibility for any damage, loss, claim, regulatory action, platform sanction, account suspension, or reputational consequence that arises from content you publish through AnyNews to your social media accounts or elsewhere. This includes damage to your audience relationships, damage to third parties referenced in the content, claims by source publishers, claims by image rights-holders, or any other consequence of what is posted. The decision to publish is yours; the responsibility for the consequences is yours.
AnyNews offers a free tier and one or more paid subscription tiers. Current features and prices are described on our Pricing page. We may change pricing or tier composition with reasonable notice; price changes for existing subscriptions take effect at the next renewal.
Paid subscriptions auto-renew at the end of each billing period (monthly or annually, depending on your plan) at the then-current price for your plan, unless you cancel before the renewal date. You authorize us, through our payment processors, to charge your payment method automatically for each renewal.
You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You retain access to paid features until that date.
Except where required by applicable consumer protection law, we do not provide prorated refunds for partial billing periods, unused features, or downgrades.
If a payment fails, we may suspend access to paid features until the payment is resolved. We will give you reasonable notice and opportunity to update payment information before suspending.
Prices displayed do not include applicable taxes (VAT, GST, sales tax) unless explicitly stated. You are responsible for any applicable taxes on your subscription.
Payments are processed by Stripe and PayPal. AnyNews does not collect, store, or have access to your full payment card details or PayPal credentials. Card information is handled directly by Stripe; PayPal account credentials are handled by PayPal. Use of these payment processors is subject to their own terms (Stripe: stripe.com/legal; PayPal: paypal.com/legal). We may add or change payment processors in the future and will disclose any change in our Privacy Policy.
You may stop using the Service and close your account at any time. Closing your account ends your subscription at the end of the current billing period (no prorated refund).
We may suspend or terminate your account, with or without notice, if:

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE". TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, AND THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE.
WE DO NOT WARRANT THE ACCURACY, COMPLETENESS, OR RELIABILITY OF ANY AI OUTPUT, ANY NEWS DATA SURFACED BY THE SERVICE, ANY IMAGE OR IMAGE ATTRIBUTION SURFACED OR GENERATED BY THE SERVICE, OR ANY THIRD-PARTY CONTENT THE SERVICE INTERACTS WITH. YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE IS AT YOUR OWN RISK.
NOTHING IN THESE TERMS EXCLUDES OR LIMITS ANY WARRANTY OR LIABILITY THAT CANNOT BE EXCLUDED OR LIMITED UNDER APPLICABLE LAW.
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ANYNEWS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, GOODWILL, BUSINESS OPPORTUNITY, OR REPUTATIONAL HARM, ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICE, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. THIS INCLUDES, WITHOUT LIMITATION, DAMAGE OR LIABILITY ARISING FROM CONTENT YOU PUBLISH THROUGH THE SERVICE.
OUR TOTAL CUMULATIVE LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICE IS LIMITED TO THE GREATER OF (a) THE AMOUNTS PAID BY YOU TO ANYNEWS FOR THE SERVICE IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM, OR (b) ONE HUNDRED US DOLLARS (USD $100).
The limitations in Sections 11.1 and 11.2 do not apply to: (i) your indemnification obligations under Section 12; (ii) your breach of Section 4.2 (restrictions on use), Section 5.4 (responsibility for content), or the Acceptable Use Policy; (iii) liability for fraud, gross negligence, or willful misconduct; or (iv) any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable mandatory law.
You acknowledge that the limitations in this Section 11 are a material part of the consideration for these Terms, and that we would not provide the Service on these economic terms without them.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless AnyNews, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents, from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from or related to:
We may, at our option, take control of the defense of any claim subject to indemnification. You may not settle any claim without our prior written consent.
Our processing of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you acknowledge our Privacy Policy and confirm that, where you submit personal data of others (for example, when you connect a social account or generate content about a person), you have all necessary legal bases to do so.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel, without regard to its conflict of laws provisions. The United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods does not apply.
Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service ("Dispute") that cannot be resolved informally will be brought exclusively in the competent courts of Tel Aviv-Yafo, Israel, and you and AnyNews consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.
Before filing any claim, you agree to first contact us at info@anynews.ai and attempt in good faith to resolve the Dispute for at least sixty (60) days. Most Disputes can be resolved this way.
To the extent permitted by law, you and AnyNews each agree to bring any Dispute solely in your individual capacity, and not as a plaintiff or class member in any purported class, collective, or representative action.
If you are a consumer resident in the European Union or the United Kingdom, nothing in this Section 14 deprives you of the mandatory consumer protections of your country of residence, including the right to bring proceedings in your local courts.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will notify you by email (to the address on your account) or by a notice in the Service at least thirty (30) days before the changes take effect. Your continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree, you must stop using the Service before the changes take effect.
These Terms, together with the related documents listed in Section 1.3, are the entire agreement between you and AnyNews regarding the Service and supersede all prior agreements.
Our failure to enforce any provision of these Terms is not a waiver of that provision.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the rest remain in full force.
You may not assign these Terms without our prior written consent. We may assign these Terms to an affiliate or in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
No agency, partnership, joint venture, or employment relationship is created by these Terms.
Neither party is liable for failure or delay in performance caused by circumstances beyond reasonable control, including acts of God, war, terrorism, civil unrest, pandemic, governmental action, internet or utility failures, or third-party service outages.
We will send notices to you at the email address on your account or post them in the Service. You will send notices to us at info@anynews.ai.
These Terms are provided in English. If we provide a translation, the English version controls in case of conflict.
