3.5 Competing-product development
- Using AnyNews to build, train, or improve a competing product, including using AI Output as training data for a competing AI system.
- Systematically extracting AnyNews's features, methods, or content for benchmarking against the Service.
3.6 Reselling
- Reselling, white-labeling, or sublicensing the Service without our prior written consent.
- Reselling AI Output generated by AnyNews as if it were generated by your own AI system.
4. Special considerations for AI-generated content
Because AnyNews is an AI-assisted publishing tool, certain practices carry heightened risk and are subject to specific rules:
4.1 Labeling synthetic media
When publishing synthetic images, audio, video, or other AI-generated media that could reasonably be mistaken for authentic content, you must label it as AI-generated or synthetic in a way visible to the audience. This applies especially to:
- Images of real people generated or substantially modified by AI.
- Audio or video that simulates a real person's voice or appearance.
- News-style content that presents AI-generated narratives as factual reporting.
4.2 Attribution of AI-generated content
Do not present AI Output as having been written by a specific named human journalist or expert. You may attribute AI Output to your publication, brand, or organization, but not falsely to a named individual person.
4.3 Fact-checking obligation
AI Output may contain factual errors. You are responsible for fact-checking before publishing, regardless of how confidently the Service presents the content. See Terms of Service §6.5.
5. Enforcement
5.1 Discretion
We enforce this Policy at our discretion. We do not have an obligation to monitor User Content or AI Output proactively, but we may act when we become aware of violations through user reports, automated detection, third-party complaints, or other means.
5.2 Tiered response
| Category | Typical first response |
| CSAM, terrorism content, immediate threats of violence, illegal weapons or drug trafficking | Immediate suspension without warning; report to relevant authorities where required by law |
| Election interference, fabricated political content, doxxing, severe harassment | Immediate suspension without warning |
| Defamation, plagiarism, copyright infringement, impersonation | Removal of content; warning; suspension on repeated or severe violations |
| Spam, manipulation, technical abuse | Warning, rate limiting, or suspension depending on severity |
| Less serious violations | Warning, with opportunity to remediate |
5.3 Actions we may take
Depending on the nature and severity of the violation, we may:
- Remove or hide specific User Content or AI Output.
- Limit your account's ability to publish or use certain features.
- Suspend your account temporarily.
- Terminate your account permanently.
- Refuse to refund any portion of your subscription for the remaining billing period.
- Cooperate with law enforcement and provide account information when required by law.
- Report content to relevant authorities or platforms.
5.4 No obligation to warn
For serious violations (the top two rows of the table in §5.2), we may suspend or terminate accounts without any prior warning. The "tiered response" describes our typical approach, not a guaranteed sequence of steps.
5.5 No refunds for terminated accounts
Accounts terminated for violations of this Policy are not entitled to refunds of any unused subscription time.
5.6 Appeals
If you believe your account was suspended or content removed in error, you may contact info@anynews.ai to appeal. We will review appeals in good faith. We are not obligated to reverse enforcement actions, but we will provide a substantive response.
6. Reporting violations
If you become aware of content or use of the Service that violates this Policy, report it to info@anynews.ai with:
- The specific account, channel, or content involved.
- A description of the suspected violation.
- Any supporting evidence (links, screenshots).
For copyright-specific complaints, see our DMCA Policy.
For urgent matters involving immediate threats of physical harm, contact local law enforcement first, then notify us.
7. Changes to this Policy
We may update this Policy at any time. Material changes are notified per our Terms of Service §15.1. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
