Our marketing site at anynews.ai loads no third-party tracking pixels, no advertising cookies, no analytics scripts, and no session-recording tools at the date of this Policy.
We are planning to introduce two third-party tools on our marketing pages. Neither is active today:
For understanding how visitors use the marketing site (page views, time on page, traffic sources). Sets first-party cookies (typically _ga, _gid).
For measuring the effectiveness of advertising we may run, and for retargeting (showing AnyNews ads to people who visited the site). Sets third-party cookies and stores hashed identifiers.
Before any of these tools loads, you will see a cookie consent banner with a real choice - you will be able to accept, reject, or customize which categories of cookies load. We will not load Google Analytics or Meta Pixel in jurisdictions with consent requirements (such as the EU, UK, or EEA) without your explicit opt-in.
When you use the Service while logged in, certain providers we use may set their own cookies:
Stripe sets cookies on payment pages to handle card transactions securely and to detect fraud. These are essential for completing a purchase. Stripe's cookie information: stripe.com/cookies-policy/legal.
PayPal sets cookies during PayPal-based payment flows. PayPal's cookie information: paypal.com/legalhub/cookie-full.
Vercel (our hosting provider) may set basic technical cookies for performance and security. Vercel's cookie information: vercel.com/legal/cookie-policy.
We do not set or read these cookies ourselves - they are set by the relevant provider when you interact with their service.
All major browsers let you block or delete cookies. Look for settings under "Privacy" or "Cookies and site data." Note that blocking essential cookies will prevent the Service from working correctly - you will not be able to log in or use core features.
When we activate Google Analytics or Meta Pixel, you will be able to manage your choices through the consent banner. You will be able to change your preferences at any time by clicking the cookie settings link in the footer of the marketing site.
Most browsers offer a "Do Not Track" signal. Because there is no consistent industry standard for honoring this signal, we do not currently respond to it. If you want to opt out of tracking, use the consent banner (once active) or disable cookies in your browser.
We may update this Policy at any time. Material changes are notified per our Terms of Service §15.1.
